Today I am trying recipe of Uzma sayed.which is very tasty and quickly done.
I am not eating green chilli so here I am using red chilli powder only. You can give your kids in tiffin box they also love paratha.

Take all ingredients on one platform then keep kadai on medium flame and add oil in it make the tadka with the help of cumin seeds,asfordia and chopped garlic. Then add grated carrot and chopped methi leaves in it now add all other ingredients.

Add turmeric powder red chilli powder garam masala salt and chat masala. Then mix it well next for 3 to 4 minutes now switch off the flame and make it cool take a flat plate and in that transfer this mixture now add wheat flour kasuri methi and salt for test

Make dough with adding water. New rest for 5 to 10 minutes if possible then make peda and with the help of belan make parathas

Don't spread oil or ghee immediately when you transfer your Paratha in pan. First roast it from both side and then spread ghee are oil from both sides so that it is properly cooked. Try this paratha with curd or chutney or sauce.
