Take almond flour with suji (I made it at home) add ghee in a pan and saute it. Cook it on mideum flame.

Keep stringing for 5 to 7 minutes. When it become golden brown add elaichi powder.

After it add warm saffron milk into 3 steps, to avoid lumps. When it turns thick add sugar.

Again roast it till oil comes out and mixture leave the sides of the pan, halwa would be ready. At the end add 2 teaspoon ghee in mixture.

Healthy and delicious halwa is ready for Basant Panchami.
