Remove the tuver & green peas from its pods. Crush them in a mixer jar coarsely.

Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida & green chilli - ginger paste. Saute for 1/2 a minute.

Add crushed tuver & green peas. Add salt & cooking soda. Mix & cook for 5 - 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Switch off the flame. Remove the mixture in a plate. Cool completely.

Add coriander & green garlic. Add sugar, lemon juice & garam masala. Mix well. Keep aside. Make equal size balls.

Make equal size balls from the dough. Take one portion of the dough, roll it the size of a puri, with the help of dry flour. Place the stuffing ball in the centre & bring the edges together & close it.

Roll into a thick paratha. Cook the paratha, with the oil, till golden spots appear on both the sides. Remove in a plate & serve immediately. You can serve fresh curds or pickles of your choice. Make another paratha the same way.
