Place 1.1 lbs ground beef (500 grams) in a bowl. Add breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, salt, white wine, parsley, and garlic powder to taste. Mix well, form into meatballs, and coat them in flour. Fry the meatballs in oil until lightly browned but not too dark, so they stay tender.

Pour a splash of olive oil into a pot. Sauté 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped small carrot until golden. Add 1/2 can of crushed tomatoes and let everything cook together. Blend the mixture, return it to the pot, then add the meatballs. Pour in enough water to cover, add a splash of white wine, a little salt, and a bouillon cube.

Bring to a boil over high heat to reduce the liquid. When the sauce thickens to your liking, the meatballs are ready.
