Suji Ladoo

Suji Ladoo
Steps
- 1
Heat a pan over medium heat and add ghee. Allow the ghee to melt completely,.
- 2
Once the ghee is melted, add the chopped almonds, cashews, pistachios, almonds and raisins. Stir and cook until the nuts become light golden brown and crunchy. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
- 3
In the same pan, reduce the heat to low and suji/rava. Roast the suji until fragrant and slightly golden, stirring continuously for an even roast.
- 4
Add desiccated coconut to the roasted suji and continue cooking until the coconut turns light golden and releases a pleasant aroma.
- 5
Add 1 cup of powdered sugar to the pan and mix well to ensure even distribution with the roasted suji and coconut.
