For Bhaji:
First ready all the ingredients. Pound the ggg. In a cooker take 2 tsp oil add rai. When it splitters add jira and hing. - 2
Add in pounded ggg. Saute for 30 seconds. Add in diced potatoes and peas. Saute for 1 minute. Add in salt and haldi and mix.

Add in chilli powder and dhanajira and give it a good mix. Add in chopped tomatoes. Mix well.

Add in water and mix again. Close cooker lid and cook to 4 whistles on medium gas. When the pressure subsides, open cooker and mash 4-5 potato dices to thicken the 'rassa'. Tasty bhaji is ready. When bhaji is getting cooked knead the puri dough.

For Masala Puri:
First, ready all the Puri ingredients. Mix all masalas and oil. - 6
Add in water as required and knead a medium stiff dough. Rest the dough for 10 minutes.

Make portions of the dough. Roll out the puris. Heat oul for deep fry.

Fry the puris with love❤ and see them bloat filled with happiness.

And a tasty tiffin is ready in a jiffy. Pack it for your loved ones and enjoy the smile on their face.
