Another healthy recipe of just a few items and in 20 mins, you can have this wholesome dish with fresh-hot rotis 🍽️

Wash the broccoli florets and blanch them in hot boiling salted water for 10 mins.

Once you are done with blanching, strain away the water and put the boiled broccoli florets in cold water so as to retain the colour and texture.

Meanwhile, wash and cut the mushrooms and capsicum of your choice.

Heat the pan. Put some cooking oil of your choice and add some butter to have taste and aroma. Now put the cut mushrooms into the pan and bring it to a medium stir so that the moisture from the mushrooms will be gone.

Put the cut capsicum into the pan and add a pinch of salt and bring it to a medium stir.

Strain the cold water from boiled broccoli florets, add them to the pan altogether and stir it lightly.

Add dark soy sauce, masala mix, mixed herbs, and chili flakes to the items and stir it gently till the aroma comes.

Once it is cooked properly, then serve it with fresh-hot rotis. Enjoy your meal!😋
