I have made this pickle to follow homechef @spicequeen mrunalthakkar 's recipe with some changes. I have made pickle masala in different way. That's tastes awesome.

I have made this pickle to follow homechef @spicequeen mrunalthakkar 's recipe with some changes. I have made pickle masala in different way. That's tastes awesome.
Cooking Instructions

First of all, wash and clean green chillies. Make sure it is completely dry. Then cut the chillies as you liking. Add salt and lemon juice to it and keep it for a while.

Now,to make pickle masala, dry roast fennel, cumin, coriander and fenugreek seeds in a pan. When it cools down, crush it in a mixer grinder and add rai na kuria(mustard dal)and grind it once again in pulse mode.

Now strain the chillies and take it in a bowl. Heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida, turmeric and add 3 tablespoons of pickle masala mixture. Turn off the gas and mix everything.

After 2 minutes add this mixture to the chillies. Add needed Salt and lemon juice. After mixing everything, the instant raita marcha (chili pickle) is ready.

You can cut chilli just slit in middle and stuff with pickle masala.
