Mix all the flour. Add spices and oil. (I swap ragi flour instead of maida)

Make a smooth dough from it with the help of water. Cover it with lid for 5 minutes.

Make small balls from it. Roll it thin. Take tawa and roast slightly from both the sides.

Now make triangle marks and fry it in hot oil. Take out as they turnes crispy. Enjoy with fruit salsa or cheese spread.
