Oven baked chicken wings

Making these baked chicken wings is a breeze, and they turn out tasty and crispy when baked.
To bake wings in the oven because baking is a hands-off approach, much easier than frying, and the wings are just as good. They have wonderfully crispy skin and delightfully juicy meat.
The secret is in the light coating they’re given (and the rest time). Once in the oven, the baking powder crisps the skin and puffs it up from the meat making them extra crunchy!
Whether you toss them in your favorite sauce or eat them plain, these Oven Baked Chicken Wings are going to be your new favourite appetizer!
Baked wings store quite nicely. Place them in an airtight container and refrigerate up to 4 days. You can freeze them for up to 3-4 months. To use, bring them to room temperature and then heat in the oven at 350F.
