Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchcowpeas leaves
  2. 1/4 tspbaking powder
  3. 1onion
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 10 mloil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and cut the kunde leaves into medium sizes

  2. 2

    Then put 10 ml of oil into a cooking pan

  3. 3

    Add the diced onions and fry till brown then add 2 chopped tomatoes and continue frying for 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Then put the chopped kunde leaves into the pan and add 1 tbsp of banking powder (NaCo3) to soften or you if the texture of the kunde is soft do not add the baking powder.

  5. 5

    Stir and turn then cover and mix for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve hot with Ugali.
