I LOVE this bread it tastes amazing and I have to do a double take to remember the ingredients. I feel full after eating one slice and all the ingredients are high in fiber and whole ingredients! Enjoy #march2026

Preheat oven to 305 F

Blend your oats and measure 2 cups into a bowl, save the rest

Blend or mash your bananas and prepare your flax egg.

Mix all of your dry ingredients and spices together

Add in banana and other liquids

Add in nuts or chocolate

Spray a pan with olive or canola oil or coat with butter

Top with your toppings

Pour the batter in and place in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

Remove from pan and let set for 10 minutes before cutting off a slice.

Top with berries, chocolate spread, Greek yogurt or eat plain and enjoy!
