This super healthy bread pocket is perfect for sahri and to start your day.It has paneer,sweet corn,carrot, capsicum and cheese . Italian flavour enhances the taste of the bread pocket.
Steps

Take a bread slice,cut the sides,then roll it with a rolling pin.Prepare all the bread slices.

Mix all the vegetables,paneer,cheese and spices in a bowl.Add mayonnaise and pizza sauce.Mix it well.Keep it aside.Mix all-purpose flour and 1/4 cup water to make slurry.Take bread crumbs on a plate.

Now take a bread slice,brush the edges with the slurry.Put 2 tbsp paneer mixture on one side and fold the bread slice to make a pocket.Make all the bread pockets like this.Keep it in the fridge for 10 min.

Dilute the slurry and mix red chilli powder.Dip a bread pocket in this batter and coat it with bread crumbs.

Pre heat the Air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 min.Brush the bread pockets with oil and bake it for 10 min.at 180 degrees.Then flip it over and bake it on the other side until golden brown.

Your crispy bread pockets are ready to serve.Enjoy it with tomato ketchup!
