Women, Food, and the Spirit of International Women's Day
International Women's Day is a global celebration of the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. On this day I prepared this delicious recipe which is made in every gujarati household and loved by everyone its one type of a comfort food and my daughter loves it so on this very special day I made sure to make her one pot of healthy dish. while International Women's Day is not solely about cooking, food and its preparation can be a powerful way to celebrate women's contributions, challenge stereotypes, and promote social justice. It is a day to recognize the complex relationship between women and food, and to celebrate the diverse ways women are shaping the culinary world and beyond. This day is a reminder that every woman, whether she is a chef, a home cook, or a food activist, plays a vital role in creating a more equitable and just world.
