Navratan Pulao is an Indian traditional dish. This dish is made by adding paneer, vegetables and dry fruits to basmati rice and it tastes very delicious. The perfect combination of paneer, vegetables and dry fruits is found in this dish. This dish is also used in festivals, weddings or to given in lunch boxes to children. Along with taste and aroma, this dish is also nutritious.

Navratan Pulao is an Indian traditional dish. This dish is made by adding paneer, vegetables and dry fruits to basmati rice and it tastes very delicious. The perfect combination of paneer, vegetables and dry fruits is found in this dish. This dish is also used in festivals, weddings or to given in lunch boxes to children. Along with taste and aroma, this dish is also nutritious.
Steps

Wash the basmati rice with clean water and soak it for about an hour until it is 80% cooked.

Heat oil in a pan, first add the french beans and peas and cook them for a while on low heat.

Then add carrots, capsicum and cauliflower and cook them along with it. Once these vegetables are 80% cooked, take them in a bowl and keep them aside.

Heat ghee in a pan, add cashewnuts first, then almonds and raisins and roast them on low heat. Once they are roasted properly, take them out in a bowl.

Now add small pieces of paneer to the same pan and roast them too. And take them out in a bowl.

In the same pan, add cumin, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, bay leaves, pepper, green neem and ginger-chili paste. Once it is well roasted, add the cooked vegetables.

Now add cooked rice to it. Add roasted dry fruits on it. Add roasted paneer pieces on it.

Now add lemon juice and salt to taste and mix everything properly. So here is the Navratna Pulao ready.

I decorated and served it like this with roasted Papad.
