Wash all the vegetables thoroughly. Slice the carrot, then cut the slices in half.

Add all the seasonings to a pot and bring to a boil. Taste the sauce—if it's too salty, add more water or a little sugar; if it's not flavorful enough, add more sukiyaki sauce or salt.

Add all the ingredients to the pot and cook until boiling. Once the carrots are tender, sprinkle in the green onion pieces and serve.
