Flan
This dessert is my mom's favorite and also perfect for gifting!
Steps

Prepare a baking dish or mold with a capacity of 1.5 liters. In a pan, melt the sugar. Once fully melted, immediately pour it into the mold. NOTE: Do not leave the melted sugar on the heat too long, as it can become bitter.

After pouring the sugar into the dish, tilt it to distribute the sugar evenly, being careful not to burn yourself.

In a blender, combine the cream cheese, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla to taste (I used 1 tablespoon), and eggs. Blend, then pour the mixture into the dish and cover with aluminum foil.

Place a larger pot on the stove and add water for a water bath. Cook over medium heat.

I used a steamer and covered it to retain heat.

After 1 hour and 10 minutes, it will be ready! Carefully uncover to avoid burns, insert a knife, and if it comes out clean, it's done! Let it cool without unmolding. Once cool, unmold the dessert, refrigerate, and enjoy!
