Raw Mango Chutney (कैरी चटनी)

Rins the mango well. And dry it.

Peel and chopped mango in small pieces. Remove and discard stones.

In blender jar add the chopped mango, garlic cloves, chilli powder, turmeric powder, jaggery, salt to taste.

Grind all the ingredients to a smooth and fine consistency.

Transferred chutney in a bowl.

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and hing.

Further add in chutney and mix well.

Spicy,tangy,sweet Raw mango (kairi) Chutney is ready to serve.

Serve with rice, chapati,idli dosa or any other side dish.
