150 gAshgourd
1Amla
1 tspginger chopped
2 tspwater
1 tsppepper powder

Cut the Ashgourd and put it in the mixer

Add chopped Amla and Ginger
3

Add little water.Blend it well and strain it
4

Add pepper powder.I don't add salt but if you want you can add salt
5

We have to consume it quickly.It is very healthy
