Ingredients

30 minutes
1/2 cup crushed red chili 🌶️ Pepper.
  1. 2large bulbs of garlic (peeled)
  2. 2shallots (cut small pieces)
  3. 1 stalkfresh lemongrass (sliced)
  4. 2 cupscooking oil
  5. 2 tspsugar
  6. 2 tspchicken bouillon powder
  7. 1 tbspoyster sauce

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Prepare: garlic, shallot and lemongrass in food processor. Blend to combine.

    After blending get ready to fry

    Stovetop in a skillet: add 2 cups cooking oil bring temperature to 350 degrees before adding garlic, shallot and lemongrass. Fry until color turns lightly golden.

    Turn the heat to low.

    Add: crushed red chili pepper, sugar, chicken bouillon powder, oyster sauce continue to fry at a very low heat for one minute before turning off the stove.

    Let it completely cool down before putting in a glass jar. Shelf life : six months in kitchen cabinet.
