  • mix ingredients
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 3small slices ginger minced
  • 1 tspoil
  • spring onions (at the end)

    Clean lobster, mix ingredients minced ginger,minced garlic with soya sauce and oil. spread on top of lobster

    Prepare chopped spring onions on the side

    Steam 5-6 mins, take out add spring onions on top with a dash of soya sauce. Done!
