Ingredients

  1. 3large Brown Onions
  2. 4 tbsp.Olive Oil
  3. 1 hand raw Ginger
  4. 1 whole Bulb Garlic - 10 Garlic cloves
  5. 2 tsp. Garam Masala Curry Powder
  6. 2 tsp. White Sugar
  7. 2 tsp. Coarse Sea Salt
  8. 2 - 4 whole Green Chillies with their seeds in
  9. 1.200ml/ 1Lt 200ml Cold tap water
  10. 2 - 4 raw Chicken Breasts

Steps

1 hr 30 min.
  1. 1

    Peel the raw onions and then quarter each of the onions into 4 and then place into the Cooking Casserole Dish and then place 4 tablespoons Olive Oil over the top and then gently shallow fry on the lowest hob heat

  2. 2

    While the onions are slowly frying - peel the raw hand of Ginger with a small sharp Kitchen Knife and then chop into small (not tiny) segments - do cold water wash under the Cold water tap and then add too the onions

  3. 3

    Peel the Garlic cloves. Do add too the onions as well

  4. 4

    Add the 2 teaspoons Garam Masala Curry Powder and then add the 2 teaspoons of White Sugar and then add the 2 heaped teaspoons of Coarse Sea Salt and then chop the ends off of the Green Chillies and then add the raw Chillies along with their Chilli Seeds

  5. 5

    Add the Cold tap water of 1200ml/ 2 - 600ml mugs and then bring too the boil and then turn down too the lowest hob heat and then place the heavy metal Casserole Lid over the top and then cook it through for One hour on the hob stove. Blitz when cool. Shallow fry raw Chicken breasts and then heat them through the homemade Curry Sauce
