Steps

Clean wash and make pieces of drumsticks

Add 2 cups of water and turmeric powder in drumstick pieces cook till they are soft remove from fire and let them cool.

Mash the drumsticks and sieve the drumsticks we will get about 1 1/2 cup of pulp.

Add big bowl add wheat flour, chopped green chillies, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, ginger paste, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, sesame seeds and salt.

Now add drumstick pulp mix and make dough. Cover and keep aside for 10-15 mnts.

Take portion of dough roll out little apply little oil and dry wheat flour now fold in half round again fold it will get triangle shape. apply dry flour and roll again.

Heat griddle on medium heat. cook paratha both sides till golden in colour while applying oil on paratha.

Remove from fire and serve hot with any chutney.
