  • 500 gramsgreen grapes
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1/4tsp black salt
  • 1tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4tsp roasted cumin seeds
  • 1/4cup water

  1. 1

    Clean and wash grapes and add into a box and freeze 7-8hours

    Dilute sugar into water

    Take out freeze grapes and add into mixture grinder mix lemon juice and sugar water

    Churn grinder till smooth paste

    Transfer paste in a box add black salt roasted cumin seeds mix well

    Again keep in freeze for set for 4 hours

    Scoop sorbet with spoon and serve
