After a busy day, you come home and have little energy to cook your dinner, but you are willing to eat something nutritious. Well, if you have Cooked Rice, Eggs and a small can of Tuna, this rice bowl is absolutely easy to cook. If you omit Spring Onion, you don’t need to cut anything.
Steps
- 1
Whisk Eggs and lightly season with Salt & Pepper. *Note: I used Garlic Salt and White Pepper.
- 2
Drain Tuna, coarsely flake it, add to the whisked Eggs. Mix to combine if you want to do so.
- 3
Heat Oil in a small frying pan over medium heat, cook the mixture until softly cooked. It won’t take long at all.
- 4
Half fill a bowl with warm Cooked Rice and cover it with the Egg and Tuna mixture, add some finely chopped Spring Onion and Crispy Chilli Oil if you like. Drizzle with Soy Sauce as required, and enjoy.
