Heat oven to 260degree. I used a loaf pan

Sieve flour and mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl with a whisk until blended. Whisk milk, oil, vanilla and eggs in a medium bowl.

Make a well in the flour mixture. Gradually pour milk mixture into flour mixture; whisk until blended (some small lumps may remain). Stir in chips.

Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake 25 to 32 minutes until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool cake in pan and serve either hot or cold.
