Place the pies on a baking sheet, preferably greased with oil or lined with parchment paper.

Let them rest for 10 minutes to rise slightly again.

Bake in a preheated oven at the highest temperature until golden brown.

Remove the tray and cover for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with ayran (yogurt drink) and enjoy!
