This recipe uses a Dutch oven and Caputo flour - if you want the best taste, use the best ingredients!
Steps

Mix flour & yeast.

Mix with 400 ml water using oiled spatula / hands.

Mix in salt.

Rest for 10 mins.

Shape into a ball (use normal GF flour on table).

Put ball in floured bowl and cover. Let it rise for 3 hrs until doubled.

Preheat oven and Dutch oven to 230 c.

Put dough into Dutch over, then Scour top of dough with a pattern.

Bake for 30 mins with lid on. Then 10 mins with lid off. Cool then eat!
