Gol keri pickle

First take raw mangoes wash and remove rind and chopped in small peices. Salt and turmeric powder mix and rest one day between turn upside downs.

Next day few water releases from mango pieces then sugar added mix well until sugar not melted. Then mango pieces vessel put on gas cooked till thick consistency. Let it cool. Now prepared sambhar= take big vessel put mustard kuria, coriander kuria,asofoetida,some oil hot and added mix well.

In this pickle Sambhar add black pepper, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, dry carrot slices, dry dates slices, red chilli powder, chopped gud and oil mix well. Now mix mango (sweet) pieces.

Gud and sugar both sweetness made Gol keri pickles extra tasty.

Delicious and sweet Gol keri is ready. One day put in outside between shacked and taste. Next day Gol keri put in Jar.
Enjoy whole year with Roti,thepla,Bhakhri etc.
