Peel the bottle gourd make pieces and pressure cook.add salt and 1/4 cup water.

In a pan heat oil and butter.Add chopped onion.saute till transparent.add garlic paste.

Saute for 5 minutes.add chopped tomatoes.aadd all masala.saute till oil separats.

Now add boiled and smashed bottle gourd.add salt for gravy.because bottle gourd has salt.saute for 5-10 minutes.and bottle gourd bhaji is ready to serve.serve hot with paratha or bread.
