First of all, wash and clean Ivy Gourd (Kunduru) and cut it into small pieces

Turn on the gas and heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and asafoetida, then crackle green chillies. Now add chopped Ivy gourd and fry for 2 minutes while stirring

Now add salt and turmeric powder to it and cook covered on low flame for 5 minutes

Ivy Gourd Bhujia is ready.

Serve it with Puri, Paratha or Roti and enjoy
