Steps

First take1 cup multigrain flour and1 cup besan and keep a side. Then take potato and wash eat and peel it. And grate it. Then take carrot grate it. Then take cabbage grate it. Then take onion and chopped it and 2 green chilli chopped it. Then take a kadai heat on medium flame add oil and curry leaves. And coriander leaves and saute onion transparent add and salt mix well Cook well.

Then add grated potato and grated carrot and green chilli and add turmeric powder chat masala1 tsp red chilli powder and salt mix well cook for 5 minutes.

Then add cook veggies into besan and multigrain flour mix well and Sprinkle some water and mix it well with your hands now besan Chilla dough is ready.

Then take some portion of dough and make Chilla and once it cook well then turn other side cook for few minutes. Then transferred to a dish. Now healthy tasty delicious multigrain flour and besan Chilla is ready

Then transfer to a serving plate serve with 1 cup mango juice and green chutney and green chilli and carrot sambara...Enjoy!!!
