Ingredients

1 hour
4 people
  • 400 gchicken thigh; diced
  • 4 pcsdried fishmaw; soaked and diced
  • 8dried mushroom; soaked and sliced
  • 4 slicesginger; very fine trunk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tspsugar
  • Pinch white pepper
  • Some light soy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ginger trunks, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, pinch of white pepper and some light soy sauce into diced chicken and mix well; marinate in fridge for at least an hour

  2. 2

    Add fish maw and mushroom into the chicken and mix well

  3. 3

    Lay fish maw on the bottom of the plate and put the rest on top and spread even

  4. 4

    Steam for 20 mins using steam oven
