Add ginger trunks, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, pinch of white pepper and some light soy sauce into diced chicken and mix well; marinate in fridge for at least an hour

Add fish maw and mushroom into the chicken and mix well

Lay fish maw on the bottom of the plate and put the rest on top and spread even

Steam for 20 mins using steam oven
