Ingredients

10 minutes
  1. 1pineapple ring (homemade canning process)
  2. 7cherries, pitted and chopped
  3. 1.5 tablespoons ready-made sweet pickle spice blend
  4. 1.5 tablespoons jaggery, finely chopped
  5. 1.5 tablespoons peanut oil, heated and cooled

    Take the jaggery and sweet pickle spice blend in a bowl and mix them well by rubbing.

    Now, coat the pineapple and cherry pieces in this mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes.

    Pour oil over it. Mix well and it will be ready to eat after 6 hours.
