Akki roti is made of rice flour and vegetables.It is very nutritious and delicious.A wholesome breakfast to start your day.

Mix rice flour,salt, onion, carrot, coriander leaves,curry leaves and green chilli.Add water(3-4 tbsp) and mix.Vegetables will release water and it will become dough.Rest it for 7-8 min.

Heat tawa/griddle,grease it with ghee.Take a piece of butter paper,grease it with ghee. Now divide the dough into 4 parts,make a ball,put it on the butter paper and press it to make a thick chapati.

Transfer it to the tawa and cook for 3-4 min on medium heat then flip it over,pour some ghee and spread all over.Again flip it and cook.Your nutritious akki roti is ready to serve.Enjoy it with curd,green chutney and mango launji.
