In bowl mix ragi flour,Rava and curd with some water cover for 15 min.

In pan oil rai,jeera,urad dal and curry leaves add this to batter with salt and pinch of soda.Now grease idli stand put batter in it and steam.Now in pan put oil,Green chilli, rai and curry leaves add steam idli in it serve it hot.
