Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgRice flour
  2. 1 cupurad dal
  3. 1/2 cup Chana dal
  4. 2 tbspginger-green chili chopped
  5. 1 tspHing
  6. 1 tbspSaunf
  7. Salt as required
  8. 2 tbspoil
  9. Water as required

    Method::--
    🌈 soak chana dal and urad dal for 4-5 hour or overnight. After soaking blend dals in blender and make fine paste.

    In a pan heat tbsp oil.add ginger green chili and hing.add saunf and crackled. After that add blended dals and mix everything well on medium flame.

    Cook for medium flame till the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool down.

    In a bowl add rice flour and 1/2 tsp salt.add warm water little by little. Gently mix rice flour. Knead it well with the hands. Cover and keep aside for 5 minutes.

    In a pan boil 4-5 glass water. Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil.for make fare take small portion of rice flour dough. Flat on your palm and fill with some dal mixture.

    Gently close the fare with fingers and make cylindrical shape or guzia shape.it depends on your choice. Make all fare like this. Transfer all prepared fare in boiling water.

    In between 2-3 minutes these fare will come on surface and float. This time take them out from boiling water and keep it in a plate.

    Let the fare cool down and cut in small pieces. Serve with imli ki chutney and green chutney.
