  • 1/2 cupragi
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 cupyoghurt
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • 1 tbspchopped coriander
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1/4 th cup water

    Mix ragi flour with one cup water.

    Make sure there are no lumps. Cook continuously, till the mixture leaves the pan

    Put water and leave overnight to ferment. Churn the yoghurt and add the 1 tbsp mixture. Add coriander, salt, onion and chilli. Serve chilled
