Ragi is very rich source of calcium. In this laddu we add dryfruits ,dry coconut it makes it more healthy.
Steps

In a pan dry roast grated dry coconut for 2-3 minutes. Remove to a plate to cool it.

In the same pan dry roast kharik powder for just 2 minutes on a low flame.Then keep it for cooling.

Now add 1 teaspoon ghee and roast dryfruits.

Now add ghee into same pan and add ragi flour, roast it properly till it becomes aromatic
- 5
Once ragi flour is roasted properly, transfer to a plate,as it cools down add all ingredients one by one and mix properly turn it into a soft dough and make laddus. It can be stored for 15 days.
