Steps

Roughly cut onion and tomatoes and fry along with cashews in tbsp oil

Allow it to cool then grind to smooth paste

Add butter and oil into Kadai Add cumin seeds sugar and cardamom powder,gradually add the tomatoes and onion paste

Then stir fry panner pieces with Kasuri Methi and chilli powder

Mix curd with all dry Masala add this mix into the gravy cook for 10 min in low flame

Lastly add salt and fried panner pieces and cook for another 10 min.
