Put oil in a pan, when it is hot, add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, pepper, cardamom, ginger, garlic, onion and saute. Then add tomatoes and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Now add cashew nuts. Now mix salt, chilli, turmeric, coriander in curd and mix these spices in it.

When oil separates, add water and cook for 2 minutes, switch off the gas and let it cool. Remove cinnamon and bay leaves from it, crush it and make gravy.

Now heat oil in a pan, add chillies, coriander, gravy and cook for 1 minute, add water and mix. Now add cream, sugar and paneer pieces and mix well. Add garam masala and kasoori methi and cook for 5 minutes and switch off the gas.

So finally shahi paneer is ready. Remoove in a serving plate and garnish with paneer qube and cream. Now Enjoy with paratha and onions.
