Sieve the bambaranut flour in a bowl.

Wash and blend pepper then wash and chop onion thinly.

Add palm oil to the sieved bambaranut and stir very well add little water to form a paste

Add salt,maggi,onion,pepper and stir correctly

Get a clean pot place on heat add water allow to boil
- 6
Then use tin cup to measure the quantity as in one cup per polythene leather
- 7
Shake the paste in the leather and pot in the boiling water cover the pot allow to cook for 50 min
- 8
Bambaranut moi moi is ready so delicious with pap or garri.
