Ingredients

  1. 1 cupapprox. Gram flour
  2. Little less from 1 cup white sugar
  3. Halfcup water
  4. 2-3cardamom
  5. Chopped walnuts to decorate or any nuts
  6. 1 cupDesi ghee
  7. 2 tbspginger powder

Cooking Instructions

    First of first grease any pan or sheet with parchment paper with desi ghee keep it aside

  2. 2

    Boil water and add cardamom then add sugar. Make one string syrup. It will take 7 to 8 minutes on high flame. Syrup can be thin but not thick because once it will get colder it will be more thicker

    Now in a nonstick pan add ghee melt it and add gram flour. At medium flame keep roasting until it gets browned and aromatic. Add ginger powder

    Keep stirring the mixture otherwise it will get burned from base and will not taste and smell good

  5. 5

    Once it turned browned just keep it aside for just 5 minutes and add syrup then. Mix until it gets thicker and steadily transfer into greased pan or sheet. Decorate with chopped nuts and wait until this half cool down then cut the slices then again wait to completely cool down
