Seviyan/Vermicelli Kheer

To begin with, heat ghee in a pan and roast vermicelli till slightly brown. Keep aside.

Now in pan, boil milk and add roasted Vermicelli. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes by stirring in-between.

Add brown sugar. Mix it well and cook for a minute. Off the flame and add nuts of your choice. Ready to serve!
