Peel the parwal and potatoes cut into large. Heat oil and fry them separaretly,

Now remove exceess oil, add cumin seeds, tomatoes, spices and green chillies, cook for 5mts

Now add parwal, potatoes and water, add sugar and mix well, cook covered for around 10mts.

Add chopped coriander, serve with poori, paratha or rice
