Broad beans brown rice

Take a cup of leftover brown rice. Keep it aside.

Cut into small pieces the sambar onion and broad beans.

Keep a fry pan on medium heat,add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves.Fry for two minutes, then add broad beans pieces,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt mix well. Add some water, cook for five minutes. The broad beans become soft, remove from heat.

Then mix the leftover brown rice. Transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy the broad beans brown rice for a healthy meal.
