In a bowl, sieve millet flour and wheat flour. Add salt and ghee for moin (enough so that the mixture forms a loose fist when pressed) and mix well. Now, knead a stiff dough using water.

Smooth the dough and form it into a ball (luvo). Then, roll out a very thick roti from it.

Now, using a rolling pin held vertically, create a nice pattern on one side. On the other side, prick closely spaced holes with a fork. Place the patterned side up on a hot griddle. Fill each hole with ghee and cook on low heat.
