Mix the cream cheese with the sugar, scoop in 9 balls over a baking sheet with a partchment paper, flaten them a bit and freeze completely.

Make the strawberry jam, cook until it's very thick and let cool properly.

In a large bowl cream the softened butter with the sugar.

In a bowl, mix the rest of the dry ingredients together.

Add the egg and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix until fluffy.

Add the dry ingridients and mix with a paddle until combined.

Let the dough cool if needed.

Evenly spread the strawberry jam in the dough by folding it into each quarter of the dough.

Scoop the cookie dough in 9 balls, flatten and incorporate the cream cheese frozen filling.

Sprinkle sugar on top of each ball.

Bake at 170ºC for 10-12 minutes.
