First of heat a pan add oil and butter and oil add garlic cloves,onion,and soute it. Add cashews and stir it,cool it.

In mixer jar add this and blind it make it smooth paste.then same pan add butter and add bay leaf and stir it,then pour blended mixture and add red chill powder,turmeric powder and add salt.

Add garam masala,salt and cook it for 2 minutes.add Kashmiri red chill powder,garam masala and mix it well.ready your Cajun butter masala with potato as side dish for chapati as lunch time.
