First, gather all the ingredients needed to make the laddus.

Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame. Add ragi flour once the ghee melts and roast it well on low heat.

When the flour is well-roasted, add jaggery, ginger powder (reserving 1 teaspoon), and chopped almonds. Mix well until the jaggery dissolves completely.

Add the reserved 1 teaspoon of ginger powder and cardamom powder, mix well, and then turn off the heat, stirring thoroughly.

Make small laddus and serve them on a plate. Enjoy these yummy laddus!
